Forest Echo Farm Cabins:   Ripley Hill - Cold Spring - Paperstock

Ripley Hill Cabin

Ripley Hill is the largest cabin with the most amenities; it has the prettiest interior. Ripley Hill is located on a hill overlooking the Farm Pond. People who want the appeal of being close to nature with a full, indoor bathroom will select Ripley Hill.

The cabin has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a double bed and a twin bed. There is also a couch in the large, main room. The screened-in porch, with an additional queen size bed, overlooks the Farm Pond.

Ripley Hill is equipped with an indoor bathroom with a sink, toilet, tub and shower. The kitchen has a gas-powered refrigerator and stove as well as a sink with hot and cold water. Ripley Hill features a wood stove and a fireplace in the main room. There is also an outhouse.

Cold Spring Cabin

Cold Spring is our most intimate cabin. It is located near Ripley Hill, but it is completely out of sight. There is a beautiful view of Mt. Ascutney from both the sleeping porch and the bathtub!

Cold Spring has one double bed on the screened-in sleeping porch, two twin beds in a separate bedroom and one twin bed with a trundle bed in the main room. The main room offers a cozy wood stove. In the kitchen there is a sink and gas-powered refrigerator and stove. The indoor bathroom features a large, old fashioned tub, a sink and a toilet. There is also an outdoor shower and an outhouse.

Paperstock Cabin

Paperstock is our most secluded and rustic cabin. It is situated at the base of Tiny Mountain, at the end of a dirt road. Many people feel its best features are the large, screened-in sleeping porch and the outdoor shower. In the warm weather, these features keep you cool.

There are two double beds and one queen-sized bed: one in a private bedroom, a second on the porch (queen-sized) and a fold out couch in the main kitchen/sitting room.

Paperstock is equipped with a sink, a wood stove, and gas powered refrigerator and stove. There is an open air, outdoor shower (breezy, but worth it!) and an outhouse.
